Irrewarra Photography has implemented a cancellation policy due to some customers not showing to there appointments.
We appreciate your support as a small business striving to create wonderful events for our community. Your time and commitment to your bookings mean a lot to us.
However, when appointments are missed, it not only wastes our time, but also denies someone else the opportunity to experience the joy of our events and services.
- Please remember your scheduled time as it helps us serve you better and ensures everyone can enjoy our events. You will also recieve various reminders via email and SMS from our online booking provider, Square.
- If you do not show to your scheduled appointment for our events, we will be adding you to the missed appointments list.
- If you miss more than two appointments in a row, you will not be able to rebook with us, and future appointments made by you may be declined.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. You can contact us or do this online by using the links in the original confirmation email or SMS you would have recieved from our online booking partner, Square.
A cancellation fee may apply if you fail to provide 48 hours notice.
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that things happen. Just reach out to us as soon as possible, and we can discuss options
